Trade bulk inventory with confidence
Bulkly connects real liquidators, wholesalers, and resellers. These are the habits, tools, and reporting paths that keep the marketplace clean — for buyers and sellers alike.
Marketplace safety tips
Inspect before you pay
Ask for recent photos of the actual pallets or lots, manifest numbers, and pallet counts. For local pickup, inspect in person before handing over money.
Keep conversations on Bulkly
Messaging inside Bulkly gives you a timestamped record. Sellers who immediately push you to text, WhatsApp, or email are a common warning sign.
Meet in safe, public places
For smaller lots, meet at a busy commercial location or a police-department exchange zone during daylight. For truckloads, use a business address with a loading dock.
Use traceable payments
Prefer payment methods with a paper trail. Be extremely cautious with gift cards, crypto, wire transfers, or 'friends and family' transfers — they are effectively irreversible.
Fraud prevention: red flags
- Prices dramatically below market for brand-name inventory
- Refusal to share a manifest, lot number, or live photos
- Pressure to pay a deposit immediately to 'hold' the load
- Requests for gift cards, crypto, or wire transfer only
- Stock photos reused across multiple listings or sites
- A brand-new profile with no sales history and no business details
- Shipping quotes collected before any inventory is verified
- Communication that instantly moves off-platform
Bulkly does not process payments between buyers and sellers, hold funds in escrow, or take custody of inventory. Every transaction is directly between the two parties, so verify before you pay.
Report a listing or user
Every listing page and seller profile has a Report button. Pick a reason, add detail, and our moderation team reviews it — usually within one business day.
Block a user
Blocking stops someone from messaging you and hides their activity from your inbox. You can unblock at any time from their profile.
Verified Business badge
Sellers can submit business details for manual review. Verified sellers have a reviewed business profile, a reachable phone number, and completed sales — no ID or KYC required.
How moderation works
- 1. You report. Reports are private — the reported party never sees who filed them.
- 2. We triage. Moderators review the listing, profile, review, or message history behind the report.
- 3. We act. Outcomes include hiding a listing or review, requesting more info, removing verification, or suspending the account.
- 4. You get notified. The reporter receives a notification when the report status changes.
