Community Guidelines

Bulkly is a marketplace for bulk inventory — pallets, cases & bundles, truckloads, by-the-pound lots, and free inventory. To keep it useful and trustworthy for everyone, all users agree to these rules.

Prohibited content and behavior

• Fraud — misrepresenting yourself, listings, or transactions.
• Illegal goods — weapons, controlled substances, and anything prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
• Counterfeit products — replicas of branded goods you are not authorized to sell.
• Stolen inventory — anything you don't have clear legal title to.
• Misleading listings — inaccurate photos, misleading quantity/condition claims, hidden fees.
• Harassment — abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or sexual messages to other users.
• Spam — off-platform solicitation, mass duplicate listings, unrelated links.

Seller expectations

• List only real, available inventory with accurate photos and descriptions.
• State pickup and delivery terms clearly.
• Respond to buyer messages and offers in a reasonable time.
• Mark listings as sold when completed. Archive stale listings.

Buyer expectations

• Ask questions before making offers.
• Inspect inventory at pickup when possible.
• Only make offers you intend to honor.
• Leave honest reviews after transactions.

Reporting

Use the report button on any listing, message, or profile to flag policy violations. Bulkly reviews reports and may remove content or suspend accounts for violations.
